TESTING PROCESS

As depicted in the diagram above, the testing process begins with a client request stating the following:
- Categories of trades to be tested.
- Number of candidates to be tested in each category.
- Details of client to be present during the recruitment phase.
- Test details such as theoretical sessions, practical sessions, etc.
- Office Infrastructure required such as conference rooms, Interview rooms.
- Quality Evaluation methodology of the client
Planning is done to determine availability of test areas, resources, consumables and safety gear. Partial facilities and/or entire facility offered based on the needs of the client.
Planning involves the following steps:
- Testing Booth Readiness.
- Cleanliness of Test Environment.
- Conference and Interview room readiness.
- Consumables required for testing such as welding electrodes, grinding wheels, etc.
- Maintenance schedules of all equipment are over-viewed to ensure their perfect working condition.
- Availability of Safety gear for the desired trades.
- Tooling requirements such as pipes, metallic plates, etc. in case of welding.
- Power source including backup facility in case of load shedding.
- Any additional equipment, tools and tackles that might have to be procured.
- Availability of human resources such as supervisors, security personnel, technical staff and managerial staff to oversee the recruitment process.
On the day of recruitment, the client is given a tour of the institution.
- A separate registration process for oral and practical testing enables complete streamlining of the whole recruitment process.
- Prompt Test Reporting with detailed and summarized reports offered.
We allocate a dedicated team comprising of the following personnel:
- Uniformed Security guards and supervisory staff to manage the crowds coming into the institution.
- Technical supervisory and support staff to manage the testing processes at the center.
- Administrative staff to oversee registration and other related tasks.
- Quality Evaluation team such as NDT staff to handle all Radiography, film processing and interpretation tasks.
- Specially trained staff to attend to the needs of clients and candidates.
- Management oversees all aspects in order to facilitate the recruitment process.
- Client and candidate comfort and satisfaction are paramount.
